Recommendations before sugaring if you suffer from ingrown-hair or problematic skin irritations.

Please wait until the week after your period for sugaring, and wash with a pharmacy non-fragrance 5.5ph level balance body wash. Do not use body cream the day of your appointment. When you shower, please body scrub with a cloth (don't over do it), and dry-brush twice a week before your appointment in the direction of your heart. Finally moisturise with water- or oil-based cream, depending on your skin or personal preference. (preferably no-fragrance).
